Cesar Chelor, American, 1720 - 1784

A wooden round plane. There is evidence of older dents, abrasions, and scratches, but a dark stain disguises damage from past use. There is white paint splatter spots on the stock's side. In relief on the toe, oriented vertically, is [CE*CHELOR / LIVING*IN / WRENTHAM].
